Hi, I’m Rekha. I completed my post-graduation in Pharmacy in 2014 and started my career in a small-scale industry. Over time, I grew in my job and was doing well professionally. But then, I had to take a break from my career to take care of my kids and family. I chose to step away from work to focus on them.
After a few years, when I decided to return to work, it wasn’t easy. I faced many rejections because of the career gap, and it really affected my confidence. I started feeling like maybe I couldn’t work again.
