Ms. Anushree began her professional journey with one year of experience in the teaching field. Although dedicated to her role, she realized that teaching was not aligned with her long-term career goals. With a strong desire to build a future in the healthcare industry, she explored alternative career options and discovered the field of Medical Coding.

Despite her keen interest, financial constraints prevented her family from affording a professional medical coding course. Her aspirations found new direction through the Medical Coding program sponsored by Tech Mahindra Foundation. With structured training, industry-oriented curriculum, and continuous mentorship, Ms. Anushree developed the skills and confidence required to enter the healthcare domain.
