Day 1 – Thursday, 30 July:
The retreat began with participant registration by Deepthi, followed by the Holy Mass, by Father Varghese which prepared our hearts for the days ahead. After a brief introduction and guidelines for the retreat, we shared dinner together. The day concluded with a movie screening based on biblical characters of Nathaniel and Mary Magdalena, helping us reflect on their faith journey and preparing us spiritually for the retreat.

Day 2 – Friday, 31 July:
The day began with the Rosary, praise, and worship, filling our hearts with joy and God's presence. After breakfast, we participated in ice-breaking activities and action songs that helped everyone become comfortable and build friendships. The first session on God & # 39;s Love by vivek reminded us that God & #39 ;s love is unconditional and everlasting. During the sharing session, many participants shared their personal experiences of encountering God, which strengthened our faith.

We celebrated Holy Mass before lunch, followed by games and group activities that encouraged teamwork and fellowship. The session on Identity by Caroline helped us understand our true worth as children of God and our purpose in life.

Later, the session on Chastity by Shinu encouraged us to live a life of purity and holiness.In the evening, the Jericho Prayer and Eucharistic Adoration by Father Reji becamethe most prayerful moments of the day. Spending time before the Blessed Sacrament brought peace, healing, and a deeper connection with Jesus. The day ended joyfully with a campfire, music, fellowship, and meaningful conversations.

Day 3 – Saturday, 1 August:
The second day started with praise and worship, followed by games that energized everyone. The main session focused on Confession – The Most Misunderstood Sacrament, helping us understand God mercy and the importance of reconciliation.

After preparing ourselves spiritually, we celebrated Holy Mass. In the afternoon, another inspiring sharing session reminded us of Gods faithfulness through real-life testimonies. The session on Facing Challenges and Temptations with the Lord by Father Gandhi taught us to rely on God during difficult moments.

The highlight of the day was receiving the Sacrament of Confession. It was a deeply peaceful and transforming experience that filled our hearts with purity, forgiveness, and joy. A special thanks to Fr. Gandhi, who patiently counseled many participants and guided us with wisdom, compassion, and encouragement.

The evening included the Rosary, personal reflection, and another beautiful Eucharistic Adoration, where many experienced Gods love in a powerful way. The candlelight dinner created a warm atmosphere of gratitude and fellowship among everyone.

Day 4 – Sunday, 2 August:
The final day began with an inspiring session, followed by breakfast, games, and sharing sessions where participants testified about how God had touched their lives during the retreat.

The session on Living with the Lord Practically by Mr. Akku emphasized the importance of maintaining a daily prayer life, reading the Word of God, and actively participating in the sacramental life of the Church. These teachings encouraged us to continue our spiritual journey even after the retreat.

The concluding Holy Mass filled our hearts with thanksgiving. The panel discussion gave us practical guidance for living our faith in daily life. With answering all out Questions. Finally, the Eucharistic Adoration and Anointing prayer brought the retreat to a beautiful conclusion, leaving everyone with renewed faith, hope, and spiritual strength.

Parallel to this the 3 rd and 4th day we had counseling and prayers personally given by father Gandhi.
Conclusion:
This Jesus Youth Retreat was a life-changing experience that deepened my relationship with God. Through the inspiring sessions, Holy Mass, Confession, Adoration, worship, fellowship, games, and the loving guidance of the priests, sisters, animators, and volunteers, I experienced God & unconditional love in a new way. I returned home with a renewed spirit, a stronger prayer life, and a greater desire to live according to God s will. I sincerely thank everyone who contributed to making this retreat a truly blessed and unforgettable experience.
