On 3rd May 2024, a staff meeting was organised in the presence of Sr Rosy, Sr Sumi and Sr Rani along with all the staff working under Tech Mahindra and Quest Projects. It was organized to evaluate the performance of staff over the past year and discuss some updates and focus areas for improvement.

Sr. Rosy informed the attendees about the deduction of ESI (Employee State Insurance) and PF (Provident Fund) from staff salaries hereafter. This update ensures compliance with statutory regulations and promotes financial security for staff members.

Sr. Rosy emphasized the importance of enhancing communication skills and other soft skills among students, highlighting their significance in the workplace. Additionally, staff punctuality was identified as a major focus area, underscoring the importance of timeliness in a productive work environment.

The skill training staff meeting at FIDES VTC provided a platform for evaluating staff performance, communicating policy updates, and identifying focus areas for improvement.
