Migrant children

On the 9th of November, a training session was held for 50 migrant tuition children under the auspices of The Suniti Solomon Foundation. The event commenced at 2:30 PM with a prayer session, setting a reflective and respectful tone for the proceedings.

The session began with a welcome speech delivered by Roseline, who warmly greeted the participants and outlined the objectives of the program. Following the welcome speech, the session was taken over by Mrs Agatha Shekar who facilitated the training session.

The primary focus of the session was on imparting core values and basic principles that are essential for personal growth and social harmony. The training focused on the importance of valuing a person during conversations, respecting others' opinions, and the critical skill of active listening. Mrs Agatha effectively illustrated how these values contribute to better communication and mutual respect in daily interactions.

After the core presentation, the children participated in group activities designed to reinforce the lessons learned and encourage teamwork. These activities allowed the children to practice the principles of respect and active listening in a supportive environment.

The program concluded with a vote of thanks, acknowledging the efforts of the speakers, the organizers, and the participants for making the session a success.

This training session successfully created an interactive and educational environment that equipped the children with valuable life skills, promoting respect, communication, and teamwork.
