FIDES on 25 th June 2025 organized a mock interview session to prepare students for real-world job opportunities. This event was conducted in collaboration with Mr. Balraj, a partner from. Divine Grace Institute of Health Sciences, who graciously took time to mentor and guide the students.

The mock interviews were held for students from two streams — Medical Coding and Financial Accounting. All participating students brought their updated resumes and were given a chance to face interview questions in a simulated professional setting. Mr. Balraj carefully reviewed each resume and conducted one-on-one mock interviews, making the experience feel real and valuable.

During the session, Mr. Balraj not only assessed the students’ responses but also provided constructive feedback on how to improve their answers, communication style, and overall confidence. He emphasized the importance of being bold and confident during interviews, encouraging students to speak clearly, maintain eye contact, and present their strengths in a convincing manner.

He also interacted with the students by asking specific questions based on their resumes, helping them to reflect on their achievements, skills, and career goals. Although many students felt nervous and tense before the interviews, they courageously participated and gradually gained confidence as the session progressed.

The mock interview helped students identify their areas of improvement and understand the expectations of employers. Mr. Balraj’s friendly approach and professional insights made the session highly interactive and informative.

By the end of the day, students expressed their gratitude for the opportunity and felt more prepared and motivated for real interviews in the future. The event was a great success and served as a crucial step in bridging the gap between classroom learning and professional readiness.
