I’m Keerthana, a final-year Pharm-D student at East Point College. From the beginning of my course, I’ve always dreamed of becoming a clinical pharmacist—working in hospitals, ensuring patients get the right medications, and teaming up with doctors to give the best care possible. But recently, I found myself curious about what goes on behind the scenes in healthcare—especially in areas like medical coding and healthcare informatics. That’s when I decided to explore more about medical coding. Based on my friends’ suggestions, I joined FIDES to learn it. I’m so glad I did! Through the course, I got a strong foundation in medical coding and began to understand how important it is in today’s healthcare system.
