On June 20 th 2024On June 20 th 2024, we had the privilege of hosting Mr Alex Babu from "The Suniti Solomon Foundation" for a guest lecture on Career Development for the Skill Training Students. This aimed at providing the students with guidance and motivation to focus on their career paths. The resource person Mr Alex babu began the session by explaining the importance of Career Development and how it plays a crucial role in shaping ones future. The session also included a segment of goal setting, he also encouraged the students to set SMART (Specific Measurable Achievable Relevant Time board) goals for their careers. He shared personal success stories to illustrate the impact of clear goal setting. This guest lecture by Mr Alex Babu provided a wealth of knowledge to all the participants and also provided the advice to aid their career development journey. The session was well received.
