The initiative was designed to deliver essential health evaluations, preliminary diagnostic check-ups, and professional medical consultations to children enrolled across approximately six regional tuition centers. By focusing on early identification and preventative care, the camp aimed to foster long-term health awareness and well-being among young learners in the community.

Welcome & Registration (9:30 AM): The program commenced punctually at 9:30 AM with a warm reception for all attending children, visiting physicians, volunteer teams, and guests. To ensure a comfortable start to the day, hot badam milk, coffee, and light biscuits were served as refreshments. Simultaneously, a streamlined registration process was conducted to record participant profiles, basic demographic information, and preliminary health histories.

Following registration, participants were guided through specialized eye examination stations. Optometrists and medical personnel conducted preliminary visual acuity tests and screeners to detect common refractive errors, eye strain, or underlying vision issues that could impact learning and daily activities.

The children subsequently met with general practitioners for individualized health assessments. Doctors examined key physical indicators, evaluated specific student health concerns, and offered personalized medical guidance.
